I would like to enquire about the position of the head of personnel department in your forthcoming hotel to be operated soon.

I have two years working experience with Holiday Hotel in Bandung. I am in charge of the front desk, and part of the hotel's customer relations which includes room reservation and secretarial services.

Presently, I spend most of my leisure time learning Japanese, because I belive more and more Japanese tourists will come to our country for travelling. Hotel requirement of Japanese will increase as a result of the boom. I like to meet people and help them to solve their problems. My opinion is that service is the decisive factor to attract customers. Some people would rather pay a little more to enjoy better service.
